Ordered this book for to use with study after seeing the play The script is wonderfully modern and witty but manages to retain the shock and awe which Euripides Medea produced.A great piece of work

Be careful if you order the Kindle version It is just the text of the play with no introduction or notes Also, the translation does not even seem to be Taplin s Disappointing.

I love Mike Bartlett King Charles III and so I was happy to find his adaptation of MEDEA on I bought it and sort of thumbed through it and it looked like any other old timey, public domain version of the play This surprised me because why would someone as cool as Bartlett do that So I put the book down and forgot about it for many years A couple of days ago, a person I work with brought in the same play or at least a play
